Hello and welcome to my Tarot page.  I've put together this web page because of my appreciation of the tarot artwork and a facination with the mysterious symbology it contains.  There are many fine and interesting tarot decks available but for now I have just a small collection of examples from different decks here.  Please checkback soon as I will be updating and adding more!

I was quite pleased to find some very old tarot cards, some of the earliest (1400s).

To save space, card information will appear when you hover the mouse over the picture.

I've tried to make the pictures as large as possible at best resolution f
or clear viewing.

Coleman-Smith deck by Samvado Gunnar Kossatz. Re-working of probably the most popular tarot deck today. These three are part of the Major Arcana of which there are 22. Coleman-Smith Coleman-Smith by Samvado Gunnar Kossatz

Mantegna Tarocchi 1465. I believe this is from the first of the series, this being the S-Series. The original deck on which this one is based has not yet been discovered as far as the public domain is aware. It is uncertain who the artist was exactly.

The Pluto card by Dürer and Lazzarelli who may have also created the S series-Mantegna Tarocchi. Notice the Vatican stamp on this page. Wonder what else they have hidden away?
S-series cica 1485 Mantegna Tarocchi. It is said that the Mantegna is not strictly speaking a tarot deck as it does not have the typical 78 cards. It has five sets of 10 cards and is refered to as a 'cosmological', 'astrological' or 'humanistic deck.
The World. Marseilles Deck 1896. From the Tarot of the Bohemians.                          A version of the Chariot, the same card as the top left one. Marseilles Deck 1896 Credits, Licencing & Copyright

Krysia Tarot Krysia Tarot Krysia Tarot. Named after it's creater. A very modern interpretation crafted from personal and public domain material. This set is not complete as far as I know at this time and comprises the major arcana and a few ace cards.
Aquatic Tarot. This is a water colour painted version of the famous 1909 deck. The water colour rendering of this deck is beatifully done and adds a different atmosphere to the cards. Aquatic by Andreas Schroter
